Palamig o Samalamig?

Samalamig or Palamig which literally means “Coolers” are prepared beverages sold on the streets or roadside. It usually contains sago or tapioca pearls and gulaman or jellies and flavored with syrup from different fruit extracts. This is a great thirst quencher specially during Summer.

Kwek-kwek- a popular street food in the Philippines, it is a hard boiled egg coated with a butter, flour,and  food colour (orange), and then deep fried,delicious!!!!!
I believe "Kwek-kwek" is a good representation of filipino cuisine.
